Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Conduct occupational exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving independence, functional abilities, and quality.
- Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.
- Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
