Sub Acute Care Position Licensed Practical Nurse – Holyoke, MA Minimum $35.00 – Maximum $46.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s) and/or day(s). Responsibilities Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to your care. Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice. Supervise administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of your respective discipline. Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline. Position Requirements Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing. Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
