Job Summary: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Nights, Jackson, Michigan. Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Performs patient and family care planning, delegation, supervision, and documentation while effectively communicating pertinent information to the healthcare team. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Start Date: 07/14/2026
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; 2+ recent years of experience as a PCU/Stepdown/Tele RN; BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association; experience in medication drips; clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department; ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services; ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare personnel.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and family. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
