What You’ll Do* Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping* Snow and ice removal during winter months* Basic repairs (doors, locks, lighting, windows, etc.)* Light plumbing work (clogs, leaks, toilets, faucets)* Identify and report electrical or maintenance issues* Keep track of supplies and equipment* Respond to maintenance requests and help keep things running smoothly This Job Is a Good Fit If You:* Like working with your hands and staying active* Can work independently and manage your time* Take ownership of your work and follow through* Are dependable and show up consistently* Don’t mind a variety of tasks throughout the day Job Details* Full-time* Monday through Friday – Day Shift* Occasional weekend work as needed Benefits* 401(k)* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Life insurance* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Paid time off (PTO)* Unused PTO can be cashed out at the end of the year* Employee referral program## Qualifications Requirements* High school diploma or GED* Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred* Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical* Ability to safely use tools and equipment* Ability to lift and move heavy items* Valid driver’s license* Must pass background check and drug screening
