We are seeking a reliable, full-time caregiver for the Dillsburg, PA area to provide compassionate and dedicated homecare support. The role involves caring for a patient requiring 24-hour critical care, including quadriplegia management. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a signing bonus, ideal for candidates committed to delivering excellent care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with transportation needs
- Prepare meals according to dietary requirements
- Support activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Reposition patient every 2 hours to prevent pressure sores
- Manage specialized mobility transfers safely and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Two references verifying caregiving experience
- Proof of negative TB test within the last year
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of homecare experience
- Critical care experience with quadriplegia is a plus
Licensed by the Department of Public Health. Approved by the office of long-term living.
