Account Control Technology is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls about billing, disconnect/reconnect, payments, and account inquiries. This fully remote role offers training and the chance to advance within a growing team. Training runs 9am-6pm EST on weekdays; after training, shifts run 7am-8pm EST with overtime during storms.
