This is a key leadership position offering the opportunity to take ownership of survey deliverables, provide technical expertise, and lead a team of survey technicians. Responsibilities Prepare and stamp survey documents including boundaries, ALTA, topographic, as-builts, and final subdivision plats. Create linework and plats for commercial and residential projects. Oversee staking drawings and ensure accuracy for construction projects. Manage and mentor survey technicians, providing leadership and oversight on daily tasks. Uphold quality control by following established processes and continually improving error-checking procedures. Requirements Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) License – required. 10+ years of experience in the Surveying Industry. 7+ years of CAD experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of the platting process (required). Management or supervisory experience with proven ability to lead a team of technicians. Familiarity with staking for roadway, bridge, building, airport, or other heavy construction projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
