As a therapist with Marvin, you’ll provide evidence-based virtual therapy to adult healthcare workers. Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform (Zoom) to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers! As a remote independent contractor, you’ll receive competitive hourly pay.
