You\'ll: Lead and run shifts with full floor ownership, assigning positions and delegating tasks Coach and develop team members in the moment across FOH and BOH Support the guest experience and resolve issues quickly, modeling Southern hospitality Monitor speed, quality, and cleanliness throughout the shift Execute opening/closing duties and maintain building safety and security Run any position in the restaurant with full knowledge of restaurant flow Support training and development of team members, trainers, and Certified Trainers About Us Founded in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, in 2018, Vicious Biscuit quickly earned cult status — lines out the door and fans hungry for more.
