We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper or Accountant with QuickBooks experience to join our finance team and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts Enter and manage accounts payable transactions in the accounting system Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain organized financial records and documentation Collaborate with project managers and vendors to address payment inquiries Assist with month-end closing activities and provide supporting documentation Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related role Experience in the construction industry preferred Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team How to Apply: Please submit your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io .
