Oncology Account Specialist (Breast) - Dallas, TX

AstraZeneca seeks an Oncology Account Specialist focused on breast cancer to engage healthcare providers, develop account strategies, and educate on clinical efficacy and diagnostic tools. The role emphasizes patient journey understanding and multi-disciplinary stakeholder engagement across the Dallas region.
Responsibilities
- Identify tumor-type priorities and local clinical trends to inform account strategy
- Conduct multi-disciplinary customer assessments across the patient care journey
- Develop tumor-focused business and engagement plans with account managers
- Educate healthcare providers on drug efficacy, safety, dosing, and companion diagnostics
- Identify cross-brand engagement opportunities with peer field team members
Requirements
- 3+ years sales or commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Oncology sales experience, preferably in breast cancer
- Ability to analyze and communicate complex clinical information
- Track record of building customer relationships across multiple channels
