We are looking for highly experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team that's been expertly serving the Boulder-Denver area homeowners for over 45 years. Repairing and maintaining furnaces, AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment is part of your regular daily responsibilities. Qualified apprentices may also be considered. We maintain high standards in all aspects of installation, service, and customer support, and invest in our team members' success. Our philosophy is strongly rooted in serving the best interests of our customers. We do not impose sales quotas on our staff. The ideal Service Technician candidate will have :
• At least 5 years residential experience
• EPA certification; NATE a plus
• High efficiency furnace, central & mini-split heat pump, hot water heat, boiler, tankless water heater, and IAQ products experience
• Excellent customer service skills & professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills, oral & written
• A high level of integrity
• Excellent attention to detail
• A valid Colo. drivers license
• The ability to pass a background check Benefits:
