INDUSTRIAL Maintenance Technician

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain automated and industrial equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and related systems

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics

• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, millwright, military, or related field OR

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights or extended hours if needed

Schedule

• Training: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• After Training: 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts, days or nights)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
