Customer Service CoordinatorOur Incora Story is really taking off – we'd love you to join us for the journey.We are currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator here at Incora.As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry our people Customers are at the heart of our business.The Customer Service Coordinator will provide the day-to-day interface with the customer, managing and maintaining the associated reporting and KPI's, both internal and externally to ensure service level targets are maintained to support the achievement of customer service delivery targets and overall customer satisfaction. Management of a segment of customer demand such as production, sub tiers, or aftermarket.Key Activities will include:Review customer KPI's to enable the performance to the customer to be monitored, highlighting any potential trends and issues and prioritizing the associated mitigation action to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction is maintained.Provide the first point of escalation to customer and ensure that customer service corrective action plans or process improvements are deployed effectively without impacting customer service levels.Manage and review forecasting input, inventory and variance investigations to provide customer intelligence to manage business planning and inventory holdings.Undertake tactical customer management and internal liaison to ensure customer communication and service levels are maintained.Implement Continuous Improvement actions or processes to improve efficiency in line with the agreed plan and without unnecessary impact to customer service levels.Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.Undertake other duties and tasks that may be allocated that are appropriate to the jobAbout You:Bachelor's degree in the area of study of Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and/or a combination of education and relevant work experience in sales, is preferred 5-7 Years of combined experience in fields of supply management, inventory planning, supply chain (preferably in the aerospace or chemical management industry)Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long standing customer relationshipsDemonstrated ability to train and mentor others to excellenceDemonstrated ability to be results-driven and profitability-minded, most specifically in customer engagement and sales negotiationsStrong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with emphasis in Quality and Customer ServiceMaintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyMaintain excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customersAbility to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth account research, if requiredMaintain clear and accurate data entry, documentation and reporting skills, as requiredMaintain strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word, Power Point and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.Courage Take ownership for issues and problems.Collaboration Share knowledge and experience with othersCommitment – Focus on ensuring internal and external customer expectations is met in a timely way.Community – We value our world and everyone who shares it.What Incora can offer you:An exciting package that includes a great salary and benefits you would expect from a growing ambitious company, a chance to work in a first-class brand-new environment but most importantly we will offer you the chance to become part of our Incora story.We want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive's programs.Incora offers 8 Paid Holidays with 2 additional Floating Holidays for all Full-Time employees.Full-Time Exempt employees are part of Incora's FlexTime policy, as well as 80 hours of Exempt Sick time.Family friendly policies such as 2 weeks paid parental leave.We believe every little help by offering a generous discount portal only available to Incora employees vis Perkspot.Employers paid Group Life Insurance at 1x salary, STD, and LTD.Incora offers a 401K plan with company match.Very importantly we want to be with you to help your career take off and become part of the Incora Story.So, if you feel you have all of this, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story apply now we can't wait to hear from youThe description provided above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all job duties, responsibilities and requirements.
