Plus, you'll join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who want to provide the best care for our residents.The CNA Weekend Incentive Program at Luther Acres is designed to compensate a nursing team member for committing to a rigorous regular weekend work schedule by paying a significant incentive rate of $32.00 per hour. The program requires the individual to commit to two, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours biweekly. This position will be regularly scheduled on weekends for a 12-hour shift. Position with current availability for 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You'll do this in several ways, including:Serving as an important link between residents and the supervising nurse or physician.Talking with residents to observe their symptoms and conditions and relaying this information to the clinical care team.Assisting Registered and Licensed Nurses in administering treatment and care for our residents.Taking care of residents' day-to-day needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.ABOUT LUTHER ACRES:Luther Acres – located in the charming, historic town of Lititz – is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with a long history of providing excellent care and services.
