Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health counselor at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately identify clients’ mental health issues and inform individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment strategies that resonate with clients' unique needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices to promote healing and personal growth.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and involve them actively in the treatment process to foster better outcomes.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to foster trust and motivation within client relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to work effectively with other professionals and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, we value candidates who bring additional skills such as: familiarity with telehealth platforms, experience with specific populations (e.g., children, LGBTQ+ individuals, or veterans), and participation in continuous education or training workshops pertinent to mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
