RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Discharge Planning
Huntsville Hospital
Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to support physicians and the interdisciplinary team in coordinating patient care and improving outcomes. You will manage a caseload and help optimize length of stay while communicating with payers and families. The role requires an ASN and Alabama RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and at least three years of acute care experience.
