Lead Pastor of New Church Experience Location - Boston, MA

Lead Pastor – Church Experience Church Experience is a dynamic, non‑denominational church focused on helping people experience a full life in Jesus Christ. We are planting new campuses across the U.S., and we are seeking a charismatic, prayer‑centered leader to launch and lead a new local church. As Lead Pastor you will choose your city (or select a merger location), build a launch team, preach the majority of the services, and grow the congregation through outreach and discipleship. Responsibilities Lead and preach 70–85% of the weekly worship service, supplementing with central campus teaching videos as appropriate. Build, coach, and mentor a local leadership team and worship team. Recruit, train, and equip volunteers for ministry, outreach, and discipleship. Develop and execute a launching strategy, including fundraising and community outreach. Collaborate with Church Experience’s Mission Support team for curriculum, software, and legal/financial guidance. Maintain deep connection to the broader church network through shared vision and resources. Qualifications & Requirements Strong preaching and teaching background. Proven ability to inspire leaders and build a team. Experience growing a ministry or church from a small team to a larger congregation. Fundraising experience and willingness to seek external support; ability to work bi‑vocationally if necessary. Some college or theological education (degree completion not required). Relocation to the chosen city is expected; readiness to start planning and fundraising promptly. Successful ministry experience (valued more than formal education) and a clear teaching or preaching sample.
