First things first.Benefits:401(k)Competitive salaryFree uniformsHealth insuranceTraining & developmentPrimary Job Responsibilities:Install HVAC SystemsInstall heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, and accessories according to company and manufacturer standards.Perform Ductwork and FabricationDesign, fabricate, and install duct systems and fittings as required for each job.Execute System Start-Ups and Limited DiagnosticsStart up new systems and perform basic diagnostics to ensure functionality.Maintain Clean Work AreasUse floor savers, drop cloths, and inspect the work area for cleanliness upon job completion.Complete Accurate Job DocumentationFill out installation forms detailing tasks performed and materials used for records and quality tracking.Communicate with CustomersAddress questions, concerns, and explain the installation process in a courteous and professional manner.Handle Equipment and Vehicle ResponsibilitiesDeliver and remove equipment, maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness, and ensure proper stocking and part returns.Train ApprenticesInstruct apprentices on proper installation practices, tools usage, system testing, wiring, and IAQ product setup.Follow Safety and Brand StandardsWear approved uniform, follow safety policies, and adhere to One Hour's standards of ethics and professionalism.Participate in TrainingAttend all company-sponsored training sessions to stay current on techniques, safety practices, and system updates.Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourSo, if you have a great attitude and a strong work ethic, and are someone who takes pride in the work you do, then we want to hear from you!Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
