Global Mindset: Experience with international recruitment and visa programs is a plus. Qualifications: A passion for people and a desire to make every day a thrilling adventure. 1 year of HR or Talent Acquisition experience (Recruiter, HR Generalist, Sourcing, Recruiting coordinator, Talent Administrator, etc.) Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks. A knack for turning paperwork into an art form. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A willingness to dive into HR and recruiting.
