Make a difference in the lives of elementary students by providing speech-language therapy services in a supportive, onsite school environment for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time contract opportunity is tailored for passionate clinicians eager to build skills and positively impact a diverse group of young learners. You'll work with a caseload of approximately 90 students, delivering specialized services exclusively in person.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid Indiana SLP license
• Background or desire to work within K-5/elementary-age populations
• Proficiency in school-based speech-language pathology, with experience (or clinical fellowship year completion) in pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings considered strongly
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and onsite teams
• Familiarity with goal-setting, progress monitoring, and IEP development

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech and language interventions for elementary-aged students
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with other school professionals
• Manage a caseload of approximately 90 students across assigned schools in person
• Offer ongoing support and advocacy for students’ speech and language needs
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team in a school committed to student growth and inclusion
