Opportunity Details Automotive Sales Consultant – Chester Springs, PA. Offering a sign‑on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience. Responsibilities Help the customer define their transportation needs, find the right vehicle, and address concerns. Follow our sales process and embody the CarShop Philosophy rooted in integrity, teamwork, and caring for the customer. Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries. Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot. Build rapport and generate referrals to establish a customer network. Provide a quality customer service experience. Continuously contribute to a positive atmosphere, assisting customers and associates. Follow up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and generate leads. Achieve individual sales and customer service goals. Learn operations and have the opportunity to grow and advance in career.
