Physician Radiology-Interventional - Competitive Salary

Job Description

A leading academic-affiliated health system is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Radiologist (IR/DR hybrid) to join a high-volume, community-based practice in central Pennsylvania.

Practice, Schedule & Call:

• Full-time employed position within a large, subspecialty-trained radiology group (90+ radiologists)
• Community hospital setting with robust procedural volume and broad IR case mix
• Flexible scheduling options:
  • 7-on / 7-off model or
  • Traditional schedule with 9 weeks PTO
• Interventional radiology call (compensated separately at $5K/week)
• Support from 3 dedicated APPs and reading room assistants
• Access to system-wide teleradiology and academic resources
• Clinical-affiliated appointment with opportunity for teaching and/or research
• Advanced imaging systems and EMR infrastructure in place
• J-1 & H-1b Visa sponsorship available

Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training or proficiency in Interventional Radiology required
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Strong procedural skills appropriate for a community hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits:

• $600K base salary
• Paid IR call ($5K/week)
• $60K sign-on bonus
• Total compensation potential: $730K–$850K+
• Lucrative incentive plan with additional earning potential
