We are seeking a talented and motivated Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Midvale, UT.As an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist at Mophie, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email and SMS marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through targeted and personalized messaging strategies.Key responsibilities include:Develop, implement, and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with Mophie's brand and business goals.Create compelling and personalized content for email and SMS communications to engage customers and drive conversions.Segment audiences and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and targeting.Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.Manage and maintain email and SMS marketing platforms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in email and SMS marketing.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and SMS marketing tools.Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other relevant compliance regulations.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and why they would be a great fit for the Mophie team.
