This role includes execution responsibilities for a geographic area and/or supporting responsibilities across the broader team. This includes ensuring all project success factors are met, including but not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, communications, risk management, and integration with regulatory commitments. There are important zone stakeholder constructs in place where alignment is critical to success.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, oversight management, delegation, and coordination to the various internal and external organizations that are providing services to the project. This includes project development, engineering, project controls, construction management, supply chain, legal, EHS, operations, communications, regulatory (internal and external) and transmission. The PM manages all matrixed members of the team on a daily basis and is responsible for interfacing with functional managers of team members, regarding work prioritization, development and conflict resolution. Structure, lead, and/or assist in leading all project related meetings and reports required to ensure open communication between all team members, key stakeholders, and management (monthly project reviews, kickoff meetings, weekly reports, monthly reports, etc.) and to properly report project status. Assure that Project Plan, all appropriate reports, and reporting means are developed and managed according to PMCoE Standards. Present reports to appropriate management / governance team skillfullyRequired/Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum 5 years related work experienceIn lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5 plus year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 plus year(s) related work experienceDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in Project management or Master's degree in Business AdministrationProject Management Professional and/or Professional EngineerUtility Experience (electric distribution, transmission, or gas)Additional Preferred QualificationsProficiency to Expertise in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem SolvingProject related work experience.Risk ManagementProject LeadershipStrong CollaborationConstruction Management knowledgeProficiency to expertise in project related SchedulingCost ControlsProfessional Engineer LicenseWorking ConditionsHybrid Mobility Classification – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
