Responsibilities:

• Perform installations according to project specifications and company standards
• Support daily production operations to meet workflow and output goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site or production area
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery as required for the role
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Inspect finished work for quality control and accuracy
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Prior experience in installation, production, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on the position
