Private Pediatric Dental Practice in Naples seeking a friendly, upbeat, organized, reliable person for a front desk coordinator position. Knowledge of the Front Desk operations in a dental office is a plus!

We are looking for an outgoing, organized, enthusiastic, team player, reliable, go getter candidate that shares our practice philosophy, putting patients first.

The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, and demonstrate the following skills:

-strong organizational and customer service skills

-excellent written and verbal communication skills

-professionalism and professional image

-great phone manners

-efficient scheduler

-dental insurance knowledge

-Knowledge of Open Dental or other dental software preferred.

-1 year+ experience in the Dental Office setting preferred

-Bilingual Spanish/English preferable

Responsibilities: appointment confirmation, scheduling appts, presenting treatment plans, checking patients in and out, scanning, verifying insurances, keeping the reception area clean, helping the whole team as needed.
