Private Pediatric Dental Practice in Naples seeking a friendly, upbeat, organized, reliable person for a front desk coordinator position. Knowledge of the Front Desk operations in a dental office is a plus!
We are a growing Private Pediatric Dental Practice that believes in offering the best customer experience, and excellent treatment to our patients. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, enthusiastic, team player, reliable, go getter candidate that shares our practice philosophy, putting patients first.
The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, and demonstrate the following skills:
-strong organizational and customer service skills
-excellent written and verbal communication skills
-professionalism and professional image
-great phone manners
-efficient scheduler
-dental insurance knowledge
-Knowledge of Open Dental or other dental software preferred.
-1 year+ experience in the Dental Office setting preferred
-Bilingual Spanish/English preferable
Responsibilities: appointment confirmation, scheduling appts, presenting treatment plans, checking patients in and out, scanning, verifying insurances, keeping the reception area clean, helping the whole team as needed.
