Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a positive impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract-based, full-time opportunity serving schools near Caldwell, Ohio. In this dynamic role, you will split your time between Crooksville and Marietta, as well as support students at the Switzerland of Ohio schools. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or application in process
  • Previous experience providing SLP services in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule across multiple school sites
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and ability levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a K-12 environment
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and track student outcomes in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Travel between Crooksville, Marietta, and Switzerland of Ohio school locations as assigned
