About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 1987, and today I'm proud to lead a team of seven dedicated professionals. Before becoming an agent, I worked in sales for an oil company, but I was drawn to the insurance industry because it offered a way to build something meaningful while serving my community. I'm a proud father and grandfather, and community involvement has always been a priority for me. I'm an active member of the Rotary Club and The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce, and I strongly believe in giving back and staying connected to the people we serve. We offer an hour lunch break, vacation days, personal time, sick time, and a 401K. Our office has a long-standing reputation in the community, and we're looking for individuals who want to be part of a trusted, established team. Role Description: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Cochran - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Prior insurance experience highly preferred. Currently licensed candidates highly preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
