Dietly.pl in very simple terms is a marketplace and comparator of dietary caterings. If you delve into what we do, it will suddenly turn out that we are one of the largest players in the foodtech industry in Poland and we have several solid business pillars. Apart from the marketplace, a large part of the business is B2B: selling software for managing caterings, outsourcing services such as logistics, or offline retail activities. We are also a place where the company's growth curve is steeper than in most companies in Poland, which recently acknowledged Deloitte by placing us in the TOP50 of the fastest growing companies in our part of Europe. We are so calm a company that for two years, Żabka Polska has held a majority stake in the company.

Broader context of your role: We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who will co-create Dietly's and our own brands' communication - from the first idea, through Key Visual, to final campaign creations. We are not looking for someone who will only prepare banners. We are looking for a designer who wants to have a real impact on brand communication, co-create campaigns with the marketing team, and create solutions that reach hundreds of thousands of users every day. We definitely need you on full time to make it effective (and effective :)).

Tasks:

• Creating creative campaign concepts and Key Visuals
• Designing digital materials (Meta, Google, landing page, newsletters)
• Creating graphics and simple animations
• Developing Dietly's and our own brands' visual identity
• Collaborating with marketing and performance to optimize campaigns
• Creating simple animations (including using AI tools)
• Ensuring visual consistency of brands

What we expect from you? Experience in a similar position, welcome from the side of a creative agency / marketing, portfolio of advertising/communication materials/creative concepts for brands, familiarity with AI tools and skills and practical use, skills in navigating the brand's graphic environment, i.e. following the rules, relying on the brand book, knowledge of basic design and UX principles, ability to work in a creative team, knowledge of programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
