Stock Supervisor As the Stock Supervisor, you will provide leadership and direction to the store staff and successfully execute company visions and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will supervise and lead the day‑to‑day operations of the stockroom and impact the business by maximizing store profitability, controlling expenses, protecting company assets, and ensuring that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistent and well executed. Responsibilities Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales goals and monitoring sales progress against key targets. Inspire a consumer‑centric mindset within the store and model selling behaviours through genuine interactions with consumers. Provide sales‑related feedback and coaching to associates. Lead an environment of productivity by guiding customer engagement on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates around customer engagement. Assist in executing the management of labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity. Report concerns directly to the Store Manager. Qualifications 1+ year of related professional/retail management experience. Ability to drive results, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed business goals. Strong communication skills, solution‑oriented mindset, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to stand entire work shift, bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds. Compensation and Benefits Hiring Range: $18.50 – $23.10 USD per hour. Incentive potential: Eligibility for additional compensation awards such as annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission.
