Under supervision of the Field Operations Supervisor, the role includes cleaning stormwater structures and systems (drywells, envibro systems, treatment systems, stormwater inlets) and performing repairs and other maintenance tasks as needed. Job Responsibilities Ensure all daily tasks are completed safely. Remove trash, leaves, sediment, and other debris from stormwater drainage systems. Collaborate with other team members to accomplish daily tasks. Follow all Confined Space Entry protocols. Perform daily vehicle inspections. Assist in daily work documentation. Perform system repairs as necessary. Complete other duties as required. Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and stand or walk for extended periods. Ability to work in confined spaces. Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to them. Proven record of punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance. Capacity to ascend or descend ladders up to 30 feet deep. Balance, climb, kneel, lift up to 75 pounds (manhole covers, drywell covers and grates, catch basin grates), push, pull, reach, stoop, and walk carrying support equipment. Stand next to and enter drywells, catch basins, and stormwater manholes that can be 5 feet deep or deeper. Operate safely near vehicle and heavy equipment traffic.
