To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will remotely review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining client communication and education. Key responsibilities Timely and accurately review patient charts for home health coding and OASIS assessments Educate clients on trends related to coding and OASIS guidelines through direct communication Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS conventions, ensuring ongoing professional development Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
