This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate will be able to solve problems quickly and courteously, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, has a strong understanding of office work, willing to learn, be self- motivated and a willingness to address issues as they arise.**Reports to:** Community Manager **Direct Reports:** None**Roles and Responsibilities** The duties listed below are an outline of the responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed.* Ensure confidentiality of client, resident and company information.* Participate in all move-in and move-out related activities, including inspections and trash-outs.* Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.* Properly handle package couriers such as UPS, DHL, Amazon, FedEx, for the residents and ensure correct delivery to the residents.* Understand and adhere to Fair Housing laws.* Keep grounds clean and free of debris and trash.* Perform housekeeping duties as needed.* Perform related duties as assigned.**Requirements*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.**Physical Demands*** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.#LI-TM1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
