Remote Customer Service Representative – Call Center
$35/hour + Bonus Opportunities | Full-Time | Remote

Comer & Cross Concrete Floor Coatings is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team.

Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of both our customer experience and sales operations. This isn’t a role where you’re simply answering phones—you’ll help manage customer appointments, keep our sales calendars running smoothly, communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process, and work closely with our sales and operations teams.

We’re currently expanding our Western U.S. coverage and are specifically looking for candidates located in Arizona or Nevada .

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments based on availability, sales routes, and scheduling needs
• Review upcoming calendars for conflicts, gaps, changes, and scheduling opportunities
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customer inquiries and sales leads
• Monitor and respond to inbound customer text messages
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and appointment changes quickly and accurately
• Provide customers with accurate information about appointments, products, and services
• Coordinate service requests and route information to the appropriate team
• Communicate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to resolve scheduling or customer issues
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes for customer interactions
• Help resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
• Stay responsive and engaged throughout the workday while managing multiple priorities

What We’re Looking For

You don’t necessarily need years of call center experience. Strong communication skills, reliability, organization, and the right attitude matter just as much to us.

• Can work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
• Communicate proactively when something changes or a problem arises
• Take ownership and look for solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Work well as part of a team and are receptive to coaching and feedback

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, dispatch, customer support, inside sales, home services, or another high-volume phone environment is preferred, but not required.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, remote hourly position .

Our call center operates 7 days a week , so candidates must have weekend availability and flexibility based on business and customer needs.

We are specifically expanding our team in Arizona and Nevada to support our growing Western U.S. markets and provide customer coverage across multiple time zones.
