Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to ICU patients during night shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety. Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and clinical data to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and escalate concerns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, BLS, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with valid licensure in the state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for 36 or 48 hours per week.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
