Real Estate Assistant Opportunity
Are you an organized, detail-oriented, problem-solver, self-starter who wants to be an integral team support member for a real estate agency? We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business with growth opportunities into licensed agent roles. If you are ready to bet on yourself, this could be a great opportunity!
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $45K - $60K

Responsibilities
- Research and compile property information from public sources
- Prepare, publish, and maintain property listings
- Manage property, client, and lead databases and produce reports
- Coordinate and support open house events
- Review and ensure accuracy of real estate documentation and contracts
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional materials and campaigns
- Assist with digital marketing, including email and online advertising
- Provide administrative support to agents, including transaction and closing coordination
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media management, and email campaigns
- Experience with MLS platforms and CRM systems
- Advanced in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools and software
