Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Rate Range: ? $ 30-35/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans under OT supervision
• Assist patients with daily living and functional activities
• Document progress and communicate updates to OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
• Support the rehab team in achieving patient goals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current KS license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and patient-care focus
