Are you an experienced individual seeking to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Lawrenceville, GA? This dynamic position involves overseeing store operations and collaborating closely with the General Manager at our Lawrenceville location.

Requirements:
  • Retail management experience is a must
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in multitasking and task prioritization
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations efficiently in Lawrenceville, GA, US
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives effectively
• Provide guidance and assistance to store staff members
• Ensure top-notch customer service is delivered consistently
• Monitor and manage inventory levels adeptly
• Assist in handling scheduling and personnel issues

Qualifications

• Possesses at least half a year of team management know-how in a food service setting
• A strong customer focus and commitment to providing excellent service
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication competencies
