We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing food manufacturing operation on the third shift in Fresno, CA. This is a permanent, in-office role offering competitive compensation and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines and conveyor belts run efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance (PMs) on a daily and monthly basis.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all SOPs and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Identify mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Rewire electrical components, motors, and troubleshoot equipment using laptop connections.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment safely.
• Collaborate with line operators and supervisors to proactively keep lines running.
• Accurately complete downtime sheets, GMP logs, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in food production, conveyor belt systems, and production line operations is required.
• Strong mechanical and industrial electrical background.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Desire to grow within the Maintenance Department.
• Food Manufacturing industry experience.
