Human Resources Coordinator

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support human resources operations at our Mount Pleasant, Texas facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and benefits administration, processing HR transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to team members and leaders. Responsibilities:

• Set up personnel files and maintain accurate employee records.
• Process personnel forms, enrollment documents, pay change requests, and other confidential HR records.
• Enroll new employees in company programs and educate them on available benefits.
• Track employee data, including compensation, benefits, tax information, attendance, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Update employee files to document personnel actions and support payroll and HR processes.
• Support HR operations and company events while actively promoting company culture and employee engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and respond to routine HR inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

What You’ll Need: 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous administrative, customer service, human resources, or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
