Location – West Sacramento, CA 95691

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking a Hardware Manufacturing Associate to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team in West Sacramento, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented, quality-focused manufacturing environment and are looking to build experience in a regulated industry.

The selected candidate will support the manufacturing process by performing assembly, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and other production activities while following established procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow established work instructions, SOPs, and procedures with a strong focus on quality.
• Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and on-time delivery requirements .
• Perform assembly tasks according to SOPs, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Align, calibrate, and execute test methods as required.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and escalate problems when necessary.
• Follow FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, and ISO requirements .
• Maintain accurate production records, training documentation, and required paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production and quality issues.
• Identify and recommend improvements related to production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support training of new team members on equipment operations and work procedures.
• Ensure materials and work orders move smoothly through the manufacturing process.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications .
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, goal-focused environment .
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment .
• Exposure to FDA, GMP, ISO, or other quality/regulatory requirements .
• Experience with assembly, testing, calibration, or manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
