Project Test Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Test Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

As a member of the Core Project Team, the Project Test Manager is the single point of contact leading testing for large-scale projects and programs. This role involves working directly with Technology, Business, and QA leads to develop and drive the testing strategy, manage all testing efforts, and ensure production readiness. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the testing strategy for large or multiple small/medium scale projects
• Manage all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness
• Participate in all phases of testing deliverables, including planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, and implementation support
• Ensure the project adheres to all Enterprise Testing Standards
• Communicate regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Test Management or related skills on large-scale efforts
• Ability to create a Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applications
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
• Expertise with Agile tools (Jira, Q-Test, ALM Octane)
• Proven leadership ability and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Experience in Software Testing including Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End-to-End, and PPV
• Project management background (PMP is a plus)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Testing Standards or PMO background

Desired Skills:

• Consumer or Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) application or Line of Business (LOB) knowledge
• Program management leadership experience
• PMP certification

Pay range: $50.39 - $58.39 per hour
