About the Radiologic Technologist Role
MLR is seeking a talented Radiologic Technologist to join our team at a leading hospital in the Rochester area. In this crucial role, you will perform vital diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in accurately diagnosing medical conditions while prioritizing patient safety and high imaging standards.
Key Responsibilities as a X-Ray Technologist
- Perform a variety of medical imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis of various health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and enhance patient care.
- Adhere strictly to imaging protocols, standards, and radiation safety guidelines.
Qualifications for a Radiologic Technologist
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Licensure: New York State licensure or eligibility to obtain before starting.
- Certification: ARRT certification is required, along with current BLS certification.
