Job Description

About the Program

The Progressive Turnout Project (PTP) Campaign Fellows Program increases Democratic voter turnout by placing trained fellows on priority campaigns.

This is a hands-on opportunity combining paid field experience, structured training, and real electoral impact in competitive races that determine control of state legislatures and Congress.

What You'll Do

Field Work (Core Responsibility)

Knock doors and engage voters to increase turnout

Communicate campaign messaging clearly and respectfully

Accurately record voter data using tools like MiniVAN

Meet weekly goals for voter contact and turf completion

Campaign Integration

Work within an assigned campaign or partner field program

Support canvass launches, staging locations, and volunteer efforts
