Strategic HR Business Partner for People & Culture

Omnicom Group Inc.

Omnicom Corporate is seeking an HR Manager with strong business partnering to support multiple client groups and corporate functions in New York. You will balance strategic and hands‑on HR activities, focusing on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and compensation planning.
