Route Sales Representative (Merchandising)
Location: Pine Bluff, AR (Jefferson County)
Pay: $45,000–$55,000 per year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Job SummaryA local distribution company is hiring a Route Sales Representative (Merchandising) to service established company in the Pine Bluff area. This position combines route sales, merchandising, and customer service. You'll travel a designated route, stock and organize products, build relationships with store managers, and help grow sales. Paid training is provided.
ResponsibilitiesService assigned retail accounts on a scheduled route
Stock, merchandise, and organize products
Build strong relationships with store managers
Meet sales, merchandising, and inventory goals
Maintain the company vehicle and equipment
Complete reports and required training
Assist with other account service duties as needed
Must be 21 years of age or older
Route sales, merchandising, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical job duties throughout the day
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Must pass a drug screen
