About the Role: We are seeking Attorneys to join our team at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas LLP. This position offers a high degree of responsibility, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to practice across a range of areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, with additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania considered a plus. Strong writing skills are essential, and trial experience is highly valued. About the Company: We are a mid-sized law firm located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with satellite offices in Hammonton, Red Bank, and New York City. Founded in 1977 as a small firm, we have grown steadily over the years into a full-service practice committed to the highest standards of professional competence, innovative thinking, and client advocacy, helping to make complex legal matters simple to navigate.

Our team includes over 100 professionals, including 60+ attorneys, and we serve as approved counsel for many major insurance carriers with a strong focus on complex

Attorney Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client matters with a high level of responsibility and professionalism
• Practice in areas including family law, general liability, automobile liability, construction law, employment law, public entity defense, and transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and correspondence
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings (if applicable)
• Maintain effective client communication and provide updates on case progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and knowledge sharing
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Attorney Qualifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required); additional admission to New York and/or Pennsylvania is a plus
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Prior trial experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently
• Commitment to professional excellence, ethical standards, and client advocacy
