As a Customer Service Representative with Dan Combs State Farm , you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation: $45,000 - $70,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
