Join Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Primary Care, a growing and collaborative practice located at 381 Church Street. The practice is currently staffed by two physicians and two nurse practitioners and is housed in a spacious, modern office with 10 fully equipped exam rooms, designed to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

About Our Group

• Practice 100% outpatient medicine, using our hospitalist service.
• Call is by phone, weeknights, approximately 1:15. No primary weekend call (backup only).
• Collaborative vacation coverages to address your patient's acute needs
• Mechanism for in-basket vacation coverage, including scripts and routine diagnostic results addressed by colleagues
• Saratoga Hospital Medical Group offers EPIC EMR. 
• Hands-on leadership from RN Clinical Coordinators, Practice Managers, Director of Primary Care, Practice Medical Directors, and Medical Director of Primary Care.  
• Excellent mentorship will be available for new graduates with support provided for experienced physicians to orient to our
  practices and system.
• Our practices have earned National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) recognition, each certified as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home.
• State-of-the-art ancillary services are located at the hospital and at ambulatory service sites throughout our service area.
• Our practices provide continuous medical care through all stages in life from pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, offering primary care, sick care, minor surgical procedures, lab, and more.
